At London Martial Arts and Fitness Academy, our boxing program welcomes beginners and experienced boxers alike. Our sessions cover essential techniques such as jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, as well as defensive maneuvers like slips, blocks, and footwork drills. Under the guidance of skilled instructors, students work on perfecting their form through bag work, mitt drills, and sparring (for those ready for it), all within a safe and supportive environment. Our goal is to develop technical skills, improve fitness, and foster confidence in each student, whether they aim to compete, gain self-defense skills, or simply enjoy the art of boxing as a challenging workout.
