Time to train

For those that wish to take their training to the next level, we have personal training programmes are put together to suit you and your individual needs and will help you learn at an accelerated rate. This is due to being trained more intensely and monitored constantly. For new members we conduct a unique 1-hr session, we comprehensively assess where you are physically and create bespoke programmes to help you get where you want to be.

This sort of correction is not always possible in a normal class as the teacher’s time and energy is spread amongst many. Private Lessons are helpful and important for a beginner to develop a strong foundation but absolutely essential for students of an intermediate and advanced level as the training harder and more and more complex as you progress, constant guidance is the key to becoming the best you can be. Sessions generally last for an hour, as stated before all personal training programs are tailored to each individual however the basic format usually consists of the following; aerobic exercises such as basic stretching, functional fitness; followed by anaerobic exercises i.e. advanced stretching, strength and stamina training.

JOIN THE CLAN
After your complimentary session, you will have a chance to take a break, hydrate yourself & have a shower should you choose to – once your ready, the admin team will then sit with you and discuss the session with you, this not only helps qualify goals, but can also detect underlying health risks. We will also go through our memberships & tariffs.

Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning sessions also last for an hour. They help students become faster, stronger and build muscular endurance so they perform better and avoid injuries. They’re great for everyone, from those who plan to give themselves an extra edge to those who haven’t trained for some time and want to improve their fitness, faster.

The content of sessions varies depending on the student, their ambitions, and the disciplines they train in. It involves a variety of methods and equipment, from skipping to medicine balls to kettle bells to weights. No one session is ever the same and you’ll see results very quickly. The functional fitness sessions are conducted by our in house head trainer Cole Kemp.
